EXCLUSIVE TOURISM AND HOSPTIALITY MASTER CLASS OFFER
The Tourism Skills Network in partnership with Train to Gain is delighted to announce news of additional funding for businesses to attend The Tourism and Hospitality Executive Programme of Master Classes completely free of charge*.
You or a senior manager from your business can attend up to 4 Master Classes free of charge by committing to a 1hour free advice and guidance session with a Train to Gain Skills Broker. The advice session leads to a personal development plan and an organisational diagnostic plan. In addition, the broker will signpost you, with no obligation, to any relevant training opportunities appropriate for your business. The funding is provided on a reimbursement basis and following the meeting you will be able to claim back the cost of up to 4 Master Classes (£400).
Your Skills Broker can advise you of further Train to Gain funding including leadership and management training up to a value of £1000 for which you would only pay 50%.
* Eligibility criteria
The offer is for South West tourism, hospitality and leisure businesses with 2-500 employees.
If you have already received a significant amount of state aid funding, you may not be eligible.

Businesses that would like support can have a consultation with an expert skills broker who will help produce an organisational needs analysis.

If any potential trainee over 19 years of age has fewer than 5 GCSE’s and no NVQ2, they may qualify for free training. If the business employs fewer than 50 people, the business will receive wage compensation for the employee.

we will do our best to find a training provider who can deliver the course
and will keep you informed throughout the process
