On the 3rd October, Sir Gerry Robinson shared his insights on running a successful tourism and hospitality business. Sir Gerry is one fo the UK's most influential businessmen and featured recently in the BBC series,"Can Gerry Robinson fix the NHS?"

On the 2nd May, delegates heard Dr Frank Dick OBE sharing his experience on performance management. He was followed in the afternoon by industry business speakers from Crealy Great Adventure Parks, Riviera International Confrence Centre and The Seafood Restaurant Ltd, Padstow.

On the 20th March, delegates heard John McCarthy sharing his insights into handling challenging relationships in Motivation and Overcoming Challenges. He was followed in the afternoon by industry business speakers from The Eden Project and Yellingham Farm who have both 'Moved Beyond Challenges'.
