The Tourism and Hospitality Executive Programme
Welcome to the third series of the acclaimed Tourism and Hospitality Executive Programme.
The new programme has been tailored to inspire leaders, managers and decision makers working in the South West and provide a framework for continuous professional development.
Four new events will combine proven management expertise with thought leadership and best practice to:
• Stimulate ideas in the region
• Encourage lateral thinking
• Facilitate future business growth and development
To provide greater access to the programme across the region events for Series 3 will be held in both Exeter and Bristol
Master Classes |
| Discover the valuable experiences of guest speakers from the international stage as they explain how they overcame challenges to reach the height of their profession. |
| Designed for managers and decision makers these charismatic speakers will inspire and motivate you. |
| An experienced facilitator will reflect on the ideas generated by the speaker and help you to consider realistic options for your own business. |
Best Practice Seminars - employing new strategies |
| Learn from leaders in the field who have a proven understanding of the key issues raised at the Master Classes by successfully implementing best practice within their organisations. |
| Speakers will explain how and why they chose the course of action they did, the potential pitfalls and the proven benefits. What better way to learn than from someone in the South West who has done it themselves already? |
| The seminars will provide you with successful methods and plenty of ideas that you can apply to your own business. A facilitator will guide the discussion and highlight the key issues raised. |
| This is also a great opportunity to network with colleagues pursuing a similar goal. |

Many Best Practice speakers represent Beacon companies in South West. Beacon Companies are amongst the South West region’s top performing businesses.
Companies are awarded Beacon status in recognition of their significant business achievements, openness to change, ambition for further growth and willingness to share knowledge and experience with other companies in the South West.
